The Children's Recovery Center is looking for a safety-minded and support-focused Fire Prevention and Security Officer to join their team! This position is assigned responsibilities involving the inspection of buildings and grounds for elimination of fire hazards, enforcement of laws, rules and regulations and providing security at the Children's Recovery Center. Typical work duties may include patrolling assigned premises to identify and correct fire hazards; providing assistance to employees or visitors; directing traffic; and performing other duties related to the protection of state property, employees, visitors and others. Job Type/Salary: Full-time position. F&S Salary Level I: $29,500 ($14.18/hourly) F&S Salary Level II: $31,500 ($15.14/hourly) 8, 10, 12 Hour Night Shifts Only Must work at least 1 weekend day a week. (Saturday and/or Sunday) Must be 21 years of age or older, due to DHS requirements.
