SCOPE OF POSITION: - Provide coordination, oversight, and support to volunteer-led Service Extension Units and community partners throughout Western Washington - Serving as a key liaison between The Salvation Army, community stakeholders, volunteers, and Divisional Headquarters (DHQ), this position strengthens unit operations, expands community relationships, and ensures consistent and compassionate service delivery in alignment with Salvation Army mission, policies, and standards. - Key leadership role in administering the voucher program, seasonal campaigns and programs, including the iconic Red Kettle Campaign and Camp Arnold participation, helping communities plan, execute, and celebrate meaningful impact.
