SCF Line Lead Technician B Shift

Job Description Summary Essential job function is to monitor, operate, and maintain one SCF line beginning with SAM and ending with the exit conveyor out to Casepack. Repair and adjust production equipment to produce parts which conform to quality specifications at specified output rates. Troubleshoot equipment including dismantling and reassembling of parts as needed to maximize equipment OEE. Perform changeovers, line clearance and cleaning activities. Work as one of a team for maximum effectiveness. Responsible for product conformity, operating equipment, and cleaning/sanitizing. Ensures compliance with BD quality systems, policies, procedures and best practices, and all local, state, federal and BD safety regulations, policies and procedures. Regular, punctual attendance is an essential job function. Ability to read and write and converse in English. Willing and able to uphold BD Values.
