Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant - Flexible Schedule We are looking for NPs and PAs to perform H&Ps on CDPAP-registered caregivers (adult patients) in Amityville, Long Island. Flexible Schedule - Choose your own days! Available Shifts: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Position Overview: The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant provides professional nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices. S/he coordinates with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery, maximal coordination of efforts, and active patient participation in planning and care. Please note, we typically do not see pediatric patients. Adult only. Our History and Physical is a basic physical assessment and is not a comprehensive medical exam. Our H/P takes approximately 8-10 minutes to complete. Provides Direction To : Licensed Practical Nurses, clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel.
