About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Match Day Gate Staff to join our team at Mackay Football Park. This role is vital to delivering a safe, welcoming and seamless experience for all patrons attending match days. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will help create a positive atmosphere while ensuring efficient entry and exit processes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage entry and exit points, ensuring safe and efficient access for patrons - Process entry payments using EFTPOS and handle cash transactions accurately - Sight and verify digital passes via the Squadi application, resolving any discrepancies - Conduct basic security checks in line with venue procedures - Manage pass-outs and re-entry processes - Provide clear information and assistance to patrons, responding to questions professionally - Communicate effectively with match day staff via two-way radio, including security and event management teams - Assist with crowd control and emergency response procedures when required - Deliver exceptional customer service at all times What We’re Look...
