Job description

The Neurophysiology Technologist III is responsible for providing accurate, high quality Neurodiagnostic testing. Responsibilities include performing all EEG and LTM activities, both invasive and non-invasive monitoring in the ICU/EMU setting or may be perform MNS with special training If working in EEG Lab. Responsibilities associated with the EMG laboratory may include performing NCV, EP, QST, rotation to Autonomic Studies, or MNS with special training. Additional responsibilities include Epilepsy related outpatient EEG activities. If in IONM, able to perform simple and/or complex IONM cases in OR and IR with minimal technical supervision. May be required to provide coverage at the Mayo Clinic Phoenix and Mayo Clinic Scottsdale campuses. May be required to participate in EEG and/or IOM call rotation. Engagement in collaborative research projects is strongly encouraged. High school diploma or GED required.
