Your role: SPOC 24/7 for technical teams and business Manager of client’s infrastructure: Your tasks: - Issue communication about P1 and P2 incidents to inform all parties about the status of the ongoing incident. - Lead and coordinate management of incidents by quickly mobilizing the teams and third parties necessary for resolution. - Report to top management on the status of critical incident resolution. - Participate in CABs to identify major changes that can generate a significant business impact by anticipating possible prevention areas Your profile: What You'll love about working here - Experience in Service Management. - Being familiar with IT infrastructure and ITIL methodology. - Readiness to work on 12-hours shift in 24/7 mode. - Fluent English. - Fluent French will be a plu...
