(tips can range from $12 - $15 per hour or more!) The Poker Floor Supervisor 's role is to implement and ensure compliance with Washington State Gambling Commission regulations, company internal control policies and safety regulations. Train supervise and monitor performance of staff to ensure smooth and efficient gaming operations during shift. Responsibilities and Duties: - Supervise the operation of up to seven gaming tables. - Ensure fills/credits are handled in accordance with regulations and policies. - Promote positive guest relations.
