Description This is a full-time, direct placement role at EPS. Job Type: Full-Time: Who We Are: Environmental & Power Services Inc (EPS) has provided commercial HVAC service, maintenance, installation, and repair in the Washington, D.C. region for over 30 years . We specialize in maintaining and servicing commercial heating and air conditioning systems for offices, facilities, and businesses. What You’ll Do: - Install, maintain, and repair commercial air conditioning systems - Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control issues - Perform preventative maintenance and routine system inspections - Complete service documentation accurately and on time - Maintain professional interaction with customers and job sites Systems & Equipment Experience: Technicians should have experience with: - Water source heat pumps - Rooftop units (RTUs) - VAV boxes and terminal units - Air handling units (AHUs) - Fan coil units - Condensers and associated controls Compensation & Benefits: - $50-60 per hour for high-end, experienced technicians - Company vehicle provided - Cell phone - Uniforms - Insurance benefits - 401(k) - Paid Time Off (PTO) - Paid holidays - Education and training as...
