Job description

Senior Service Engineer IS- Remote Service Engineers work in partnership with developers, testers, and program managers, (typically early in the development process) to design, operate, grow, and improve large-scale, computer-based services offered to IS, non-IS and clinical caregivers. Their technical skills are on par with their Development, Test, and Program Management counterparts. Must ‑ Have Skills (Required to Succeed) - 5+ years of experience supporting on ‑ prem and cloud infrastructure, including operating systems, networking, and platform services in complex, highly available environments - 3+ years of experience automating systems and workflows using PowerShell, Python, or other comparable tools. - 5+ years of experience in application architecture, implementation, and ongoing support within enterprise environments. - Proven ability to plan, execute, and deliver small projects or initiatives end ‑ to ‑ end, including requirements gathering, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivery accountability. - Proven ability to diagnose and permanently resolve complex, cross ‑ system issues using root cause analysis, telemetry, metrics, and failure ‑ mode thinking.
