About us: Cambridge Management, Inc. (CMI) began in 1987 as a small team managing a portfolio of communities in Tacoma, Washington. Our focus soon shifted to providing quality management for affordable housing communities. These affordable communities provide homes for those with limited incomes including families, senior citizens, and people with disabilities. Today, our team has grown to nearly 350 employees managing 120 communities and more than 9,000 apartment homes. Our portfolio includes market rate, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Project-Based Section-8 communities that range in size from 6 to 344 units. We currently manage communities in California, Florida, Hawaii, North Carolina, Oregon, Tennessee, Washington State, and Virginia. Position Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 25 Hours per week Monday - Friday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM Job Summary: Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, the Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the community’s curb appeal and keeping all areas of the community clean and attractive for residents and guests.
