Your Role The position serves as a primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee-related issues while exercising strong judgment and escalating complex matters when needed. It manages end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes—including onboarding, internal moves, leaves, accommodations, and offboarding—and ensures accurate preparation and maintenance of employment documentation. Responsibilities: Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters; apply sound judgment and escalate complex issues as appropriate. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, internal transfers, leaves of absence, accommodations, and offboarding. Prepare, review, and maintain employment documentation such as offer letters, contracts, employment verifications, policy acknowledgments, and status change records. Support and participate in employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, documentation, and policy interpretation.
