As the Sr Manager of the Global Fulfillment Solutions, you will lead the Global Fulfillment Solutions Team, setting the strategic vision and objectives for scalable resourcing processes and automations, leveraging AI and a team of Global fulfillment managers, that will drive efficient resource utilization across the company. You will be responsible for defining the long-term roadmap for internal and external resource fulfillment, talent allocation, ensuring direct alignment with Snowflake’s annual revenue and delivery goals. This person will elevate the global fulfillment function from transactional fulfillment to a strategic advisory via automation and AI. By using Snowflake technology and internal AI tools—including CoCo (Cortex Code), Raven, and other emerging capabilities—you will define an AI-forward path to bring insights to actions faster.
