Job description

We are seeking an Engineering Program Management Lead in our New York Location. All applicants for placement in safety-sensitive positions will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug test. Key Responsibilities: - Lead development of and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverables on complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs - Organize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams - Lead regular status meetings, project reviews, and end-of-task retrospectives - Ensure timely and effective communication of strategy, scope changes, risks, and progress between technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership through reports, dashboards, and presentations - Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies YOU MUST HAVE: - Bachelor’s degree minimum - Minimum 8+ years’ experience in technical program management - Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status - Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this...
