As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Derrimut branch. You will be the first point of contact for customer and subcontractor enquiries via phone, email, and in person, and will be instrumental in delivering a seamless and high-quality service experience. You will manage ongoing communication between subcontractors, warehouse staff, stock controllers, and external transport providers. The role also involves tracking stock, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records.
