Overview Machine Operator - 2nd Shift: Overview: Filtration Group - Finishing is a leading manufacturer and distributor of OEM and replacement air filters, paint arrestors, overspray collectors, accessories and maintenance supplies for automotive and industrial paint spray booths as well as a diverse range of commercial and industrial HVAC applications. Responsibilities: Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: · Operate one or more pieces of machinery across multiple departments. · Perform operations efficiently and safely with minimal supervision. · Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met. · Able to train new operators. · Be able to shift between departments based on demand fluctuations in critical positions. · Assist the Line Lead and Group Lead with ensuring the department follows the production schedule · Provide coverage in the absence of Line Leads and Group Leads for supervisory responsibilities when necessar...
