POSITION SUMMARY Supports warehouse operations by processing donated goods, operating equipment, and completing donation pickups. Maintains a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Responsibilities: - Process unsellable or excess donated goods using baler equipment and maintain consistent productivity - Load, unload, and move materials for incoming and outgoing shipments - Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to handle materials safely - Receive and sort donations including clothing, household goods, and furniture - Work in warehouse or dock areas as assigned based on operational needs - Operate a 24-foot truck to pick up donations and assist with loading and securing items - Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including proper stacking, use of pallets, and airflow under stored materials - Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout requirements - Provide professional and respectful ser...
