Job Description: The function researched is the Design Organization Head of Independent System Monitoring Deputy for a large DOA holding multiple TC for Civil, Military and Dual Use Helicopters. The selected person will be tasked to support the H-ISM and act as his Deputy in the verification of compliance of the Design Organization with the relevant requirements of EASA Part 21, AER(EP).P-21 and EMAR 21 for NH90 program, as well as the compliance and adequacy of the Design Management System, acting to comply with EASA Part 21.A.239(e) and (f) and EMAR-21.A.239(a)3. Activities: Definition of the inputs for the surveillance of the Engineering by System Monitoring of LH Quality System, for both internal and supplier DOA audit plans. Collection, reporting and follow-up of audit results, in terms of surveillance program completeness and investigation issues, as findings, observations, agreed actions. Promotion, coordination and support of the “non-audit” monitoring initiatives, like courses, workshops and continuous monitoring and improvement initiatives, held with the collaboration of Quality System and Engineering.
