Overview Sunriver Resort is hiring a seasonal Backyard Café Supervisor to help drive an upbeat, welcoming experience in our popular outdoor dining venue. The Outlet Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the designated Food & Beverage Outlet team. They will work with the team to ensure guest satisfaction and optimum performance. The Outlet Supervisor will assist in maintaining the AAA Four Diamond Standards. The Outlet Supervisor will always conduct themselves in a manner which supports the Core Values of Sunriver Resort: Trust, Open & Honest Communication, and Commitment. He/She/They shall strive to deliver exceptional service to all internal and external guests at all times.
