Definition The Instructional Coach is a school-based position responsible for supporting teachers in the design, development, and implementation of instruction that promotes effective teaching and learning across all content areas. This role focuses on supporting teachers in the creation of high-quality educational experiences that are aligned with best practices in pedagogy and instructional design, and that can be adapted to meet the diverse needs of AIG, ML, EC, and regular education students. Duties and Responsibilities: - Works with PLCs and teachers to help design and develop engaging and effective instructional materials, including lesson plans, assessments, multimedia resources, and digital content. - Collaborate with curriculum coordinators and content specialists to ensure instructional materials align with state standards and district learning objectives. - Apply instructional design principles to create resources that support differentiated instruction and cater to diverse learning needs, including those of AIG, ML, EC, and regular education students. - Provide training and support to teachers on strategies for differentiating instruction to meet the needs of all learne...
