Job description

Responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming guests in an upbeat, friendly, and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression. This role includes acknowledging guests promptly as they arrive, assisting with seating as needed, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere at the entrance to support an exceptional overall guest experience. Answer incoming reservation calls and assist guests with booking needs. Enter and manage reservations accurately in the computerized reservation system. Stay informed on all food and beverage venues, menus, and current offerings. Monitor table and venue availability on an ongoing basis. Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming first impression. Answer phone calls promptly and assist with guest inquiries and requests. Use the table management system to oversee incoming reservations and manage the venue floor. Support daily administrative tasks as directed by the venue manager. Perform other related duties as assigned. Training in Intervention Procedures (TIPS) required.
