We are looking for a Staff Backend Engineer, AI Applications to join Bolt’s Customer Support Automation team and architect the core AI agent infrastructure that powers our automation stack. You will have the opportunity to design and build multi-age nt orchestration frameworks, routine execution engines, and evaluation (LLM evaluations) and tracing pipelines that are scaling Customer Support automation.
