We’re hiring a builder, someone who sees a problem on Monday and ships a solution by Friday. The Role: This is a newly created position. You’ll work directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to identify, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions across the business, one project at a time, every week. Think of yourself as an internal AI product builder with commercial instincts. Your first projects will likely include: A marketing automation machine using Claude, Notion, and other LLM tools, turning raw inputs from the team into polished LinkedIn posts, emails, and social content at the press of a button A hyper-personalised outbound outreach agent for local B2B prospecting, scraping Google Maps, enriching leads, verifying emails, and crafting bespoke messages for every recipient A vision-based stock-take app...
