SUMMARY: Reporting to the VP Global Total Rewards and a dotted line to Senior Employee Relations and Leave Manager, the Employee Relations and Leave Specialist will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our Employee Relations and Leave processes across the organization. In this role, you will collaborate cross functionally to provide consistent support with a primary focus on employee experience.
