Description Title: Head of Business Banking & Treasury Services Overview : The Head of Business Banking & Treasury Services leads the credit union’s business banking, treasury management, and commercial lending functions, including C&I, CRE, and SBA lending. This role is responsible for driving business member growth through the development of business community relationships, product innovation, and operational excellence across the full suite of treasury and payment services (ACH, RDC, wires, merchant, fraud, etc.). Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer, this leader builds high-performing teams, develops market strategies, and ensures exceptional member experience through digital and traditional channels. Essential Duties: - Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute strategies to expand business banking, treasury management, and commercial lending (C&I, CRE, SBA) portfolios. - Product Management : Oversee the full suite of treasury management products (ACH, RDC, wires, merchant services, fraud prevention, etc.), including product development, pricing, and delivery. - SBA Lending Buildout : Lead the development and implementation of SBA lending programs, including process design...
