The FCA Coach serves as both a sports leader and a spiritual mentor, responsible for coaching athletes in their sport while engaging, equipping, and empowering them to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.The Coach embodies FCA's vision and core values -- Integrity, Serving, Teamwork, and Excellence -- by developing athletes on the field, investing in their character off the field, and fostering a Christ-centered team culture. MINISTERIAL DUTIES: These responsibilities are critical to the FCA mission and this position plays a vital role in our ministry.
