A Day in the Life: Engineering Manager who manages the MECC day to day team performing, but not limited, to the following duties: setting goals and objectives for the team, providing prioritization and assignment, assuring the business needs are adequately completed in a timely fashion, providing escalation, coaching and mentoring, performing performance feedback/adjustments/assessments, providing a strong OHS environment, and managing the overall performance and health of the team.
