Job description

The Senior Labor Relations and Workforce Compliance Consultant serves as a strategic partner and provides guidance to employees and leaders within the organization. This position is critical in supporting operational leadership with managing the labor relations spectrum including collecting, analyzing, and reporting data related to labor relations, including grievances, disputes, request for information, NLRB, etc.). The Senior Labor Relations and Workforce Compliance Consultant will provide essential support to the Director of People Operations in maintaining labor compliance and developing strategies for the organization. The role will develop and execute equitable, proactive, business aligned plans that help build and support Seattle Children's (SC's) commitment to People Operations initiatives, this includes designing and implementing a systematic and comprehensive proactive employee and labor relations strategy.
