Substation Training & Quality Technical Manager

Job description

The Opportunity Ulteig is seeking a Training & Quality Technical Manager to join our Power – Substation Department. This position will provide leadership to a substation engineering team with primary responsibilities for advancing technical training initiatives and implementing quality improvement efforts across the department. The team is also responsible for completing quality control reviews across the department for various client projects. In addition, the role will serve as the Substation Department representative on the Ulteig Quality Council. The Training & Quality team is responsible for the development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance of the Substation Department’s training program, as well as the establishment, oversight, and continuous improvement of processes, standards, and best practices related to quality. The team is comprised of professionals with civil and electrical engineering expertise who are dedicated to supporting the technical growth of staff, strengthening departmental performance, and ensuring consistent, high-quality project execution.
