Responsibilities: - Engaging in Pre-project activities including high level planning and initial discussions with stakeholders on priority and steer on approaches to deliver projects. - Develop detailed plans including estimation of effort and scheduling of work. - Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditure and ensure cost control.
