About The Role: We’re looking for a progressive head of recruiting to lead and evolve our recruiting function. This role oversees a team of recruiters and will own the strategy, systems, and execution of hiring across the company. We are looking for someone who is excited to design world-class interviewing infrastructure, elevate hiring quality, modernize recruiting operations, and embed AI deeply into how we attract and assess talent.
