Job Description We are looking for a Teamlead Product (m/f/d) - Product Sorting who will drive innovation across Product Ranking & Sorting, incl. Business Logics and AI-powered solutions. Your mission is to design scalable, flexible, and high-performing real-time sorting and ranking solutions that optimize product discovery, maximize business impact, and enhance the shopping experience at AY. As part of our international product organization, your team owns and optimizes Product Sorting & Ranking Logic across all relevant touchpoints. You ensure that customers see the most relevant products in the right order - balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. We work with over 1 million real-time API calls per hour and a huge amount of data to deliver highly performant and intelligent sorting mechanisms to millions of users.
