The incumbent will be responsible for project Business Analysis activities which include managing customer relations, gathering and documenting business requirements (both functional and nonfunctional) by facilitating IT requirements gathering meetings, managing the project backlog, assisting with project documentation, and ensuring quality delivery through testing and customer approval processes. The position serves as a business analyst in the development and maintenance of information systems (design, review, testing, documentation).
