Intern - Electrical Engineering

Primary Duties & Responsibilities: - Assist Facilities Engineering with electrical infrastructure projects, including power distribution, equipment installations, and facility upgrades. - Support project planning and coordination, including tracking schedules, budgets, and project documentation. - Assist in reviewing electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and equipment specifications for facility systems. - Participate in site walkdowns and inspections to document electrical systems (switchgear, transformers, substations, backup power, etc.) and identify improvement opportunities. - Help collect and analyze data related to energy usage, electrical loads, and facility system performance. - Work with engineers and contractors to support project execution, commissioning, and system testing. - Assist with updating engineering documentation, maintenance records, and project reports - Prepare a final internship presentation or report summarizing project contributions and key learnings.
