Job Type: Full-time Hours: Monday to Thursday or Tuesday-Friday (based upon business needs) 5:45 am to 4:15 pm Lead Hand Pay : $32.21 plus Lead-hand premium Open Positions: 1: Job Summary: Responsible for leading the maintenance team to ensure that maintenance activities across Thomson facilities are completed in a timely manner, in accordance with the Company’s policies, procedures and values. Requirements: - Lead a team of maintenance associates. - Coordinating with contractors for repairs on machines, tools and the facilities including heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems. - Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair - Plan and schedule preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. - Maintain and manage inventory of tools, equipment and supplies. - Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities on machines, tools and equipment - Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards - Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports - Proactively promote the RBS and Values. - Promote and practice Lean manufacturing processes as per RBS standards. - Ensure all EHS procedures,...
