The Work ICF is seeking an experienced UX Designer with ServiceNow platform experience to support client‑aligned digital service design work across our Experience practice. This role is ideal for a junior‑to‑mid level designer who has hands‑on experience designing and building user experiences within ServiceNow and enjoys working closely with delivery teams to create usable, scalable solutions in a consulting environment. This is a part‑time, on‑call role supporting specific projects as needs arise. Job Location: This position requires that the job be performed in the United States.
