Mölnlycke is seeking a Warehouse / Distribution Center Supervisor in the Anderson, South Carolina area to lead operations in a WMS‑driven distribution environment . This role goes beyond daily execution— enforcing standards, developing people, and driving continuous improvement on the warehouse floor. Success requires a strong, visible leadership presence , real‑time coaching, and the ability to identify and eliminate recurring operational issues . The ideal candidate is energetic, takes ownership, and a collaborative leader who leverages SAP and WMS tools -along with Lean or Six Sigma principles - to align work to team capabilities, hold teams accountable, and continuously raise performance, safety, and quality.
