Overview The SC Float HR Manager is a highly experienced Human Resources leader who provides on-site interim HR management support across Benedictine’s long-term care communities. This position is responsible for developing, planning, and implementing HR strategies at assigned communities. This position is deployed to locations (communities) experiencing HR vacancies, leaves of absence, leadership transitions, or elevated operational need. In addition to stabilizing day to day HR, payroll and benefits operations, this position plays a key role in ensuring consistency in HR practices. All HR practices must be in compliance with federal and state laws and regulatory compliance, and align with Benedictine’s mission-driven, resident-centered culture. This position reports to the SVP, People Development.
