Your role will support the Consumer Loan Servicing team by following established collection procedures and escalating complex situations as appropriate. What You Will Do: Contact delinquent borrowers within assigned accounts for successful collection of past due payments and fees. Communicate with borrowers via phone, email, and written correspondence in a professional and compliant manner. Document all collection activity accurately and timely in the loan servicing system. Explain payment options, account status, and basic loan information to borrowers. Follow established collection policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify accounts requiring escalation and refer to senior collections staff or management as appropriate. Maintain knowledge of applicable consumer lending and collections regulations.
