Who We Are Ryse Health is on a mission to create a world that is free of the burden of chronic disease. In order to do that, we have designed an innovative health care model for families and individuals living with type 2 diabetes. This model combines best-in-class therapies and technology with day-to-day support, coaching, and analytics to help patients to achieve extraordinary outcomes. What you’ll do: We’re hiring an experienced Medical Assistant—referred to as a Health Coach at Ryse—to support both new and existing patients at our Bethesda, Baltimore, and nearby clinics. As a key member of our care team, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in building trusted, professional relationships with them, their families, and the broader Ryse Health team.
