We are hiring a Scientist, On-Market IVD, responsible for planning, leading, and executing feasibility and validation studies in support of product and process improvements of Hologic products. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for a sub-project within the overall project goals. Understands the sub-project goals within the context of the overall project. - Apply basic understanding of Product Development Process (PDP) and Verification and Validation (V&V) - Independently designs and performs complex experiments, analyzes data, documents experimental results in a lab notebook and prepares reports for the sub-project in support of the overall project - Troubleshoots experiments, proposes next steps, or suggests alternate strategies. - Designs and executes experiments to improve assay or instrument robustness and assess stability of reagents and specimens - Assists in design of statistically sound study plans for qualification...
