On Site Assistant General Manager - Large Scale Resort Community JOB SUMMARY: The Assistant General Manager assists the General Manager to fulfill the obligations of the management contract. The position includes some oversight and support of the various departments within the Community Association including Facilities Maintenance, Custodial, Landscaping, Concierge/Lifestyle, etc. The Assistant General Manager is the liaison to the General Manager and residents primarily, but will also occasionally interact with vendors, board members and committee members, as well as staff at the Associa Client Shared Service Center (CSSC) and within the branch office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Service focused. Start to finish: monthly newsletter, fitness programs and social event. Collects ID/HT from villages. Manages Ironhorse, fitness and pool staff.
