Job Description Job Description Position Overview: Perform general maintenance and preventive/predictive maintenance on a variety of blow mold, auxiliary and plant support equipment. Individual is required to have proven knowledge and skill of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulics and procedure to troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance and complete necessary repairs. The overall goal is to assist in minimizing downtime due to breakdown repairs and PMs and to optimize the quality of products manufactured to the highest degree equipment is capable of producing. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs blow mold equipment, auxiliary and support equipment using mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulics skills for safe and continuous operation. Performs preventative and routine maintenance on all machines and equipment according to planned schedules Timely and accurately creates, reviews and completes work orders for all machinery, equipment and facility needs.
