Additionally, the incumbent follows up with the appropriate supervisory personnel to ensure they are aware of the pending investigation and staff assignment. This enables the supervisor to ensure the Child Safety Risk Assessment is completed within the prescribed timeframes. Print and review all abuse reports received from the Hotline and OTI requests called in from other counties. This requires coordination with the Florida Abuse Hotline Information system (FAHIS), Child Information System (CIS) and Florida Safe Families Network (FSFN). Reviewing appropriate databases for the previous or open investigations and child family involvement with other family safety programs.
