Manager, Business Development - ( 260001A8 ) Description A Brief Overview The Business Development Manager will oversee the strategic business development initiatives for the Medical Center(s) and greater market. The Manager is responsible for developing relationships and growing partnerships in the applicable communities, growing regional awareness of our medical centers and allied UH health care services, and positioning UH as the regional leader and partner for population health. What You Will Do: OUTREACH AND COMMUINITY BENEFIT: - Responsible for the general management of all community outreach programs and services, including community relations, wellness/prevention programs, women’s health initiatives, geriatrics, community education, and related functions as assigned; - Responsible for strategic development of relationships and partnerships with regional business to grow volumes, revenues, and market share; - Plans, develops, and implements outreach programs in primary and secondary service areas to support integration of established UH programs and hospitals’ respective services in order to meet market needs and align with the strategic plans for the medical centers; - Resp...
