Job Summary Under the direction of the Director of Revenue Management, the Revenue Analyst will play a central role in maximizing Hotel X Toronto’s revenue and profitability. The Revenue Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, monitoring market trends and assist DORM in providing strategic revenue decisions. The ideal candidate possesses a keen analytical mind, business acumen, and the ability to communicate insights clearly. Role and Responsibilities: - Responsible for the analyzing revenue, profit, and demand associated with the participating hotels’ rooms and function space inventory. - Assists in preparing forecasts, including budgets and projections and evaluate sales strategy effectiveness. - Develops and leverages analytical tools and systems to maximize overall hotel revenue and profit. - Manage rooms and function space inventory, ensuring the proper allocation and restrictions to optimize total hotel revenues and profits. - Conduct competitive set analysis and monitor market trends and dynamics. - Inform the DORM of any obvious market trends. - Generates and deliver accurate and timely results through reports, presentations, and other relevant formats. - Collaborat...
