Application Technology Expert YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In this role you will discover, develop, and evaluate new product ideas, enhancements to existing products, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Also, you will lead, plan, and track all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Additionally, you will develop design briefs for new product ideas, including specifications, sketches, and/or models to present a clear, focused concept for strategic consideration. Finally, you are responsible within the Product Development Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines. The primary responsibilities of this role, Application Technology Expert, are to: - Work in a split manner in both foliar and seeds application technology with the following tasks and responsibilities: Foliar Tasks: - Partner with Global Application Technology Centers to measure application parameters under lab, semi-field, and field conditions: - Droplet size and distribution patterns; - Drift of application spray; - Chemigation testing; - Comparing nozzle/sprayer performance; - Suppor...
