As the Manufacturing & Process Engineering Manager for Ceramic Matrix Composites, you will lead the group that transforms cutting edge designs into scalable, repeatable factory processes. You will blend hands-on factory engagement, process ownership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver CMC hardware that operates in some of the harshest environments in aerospace. In this role, you are the technical and people leader for the manufacturing and process engineering team. You will build and guide a high-performing team, ensure current and future programs hit their milestones, and industrialize new CMC processes from early concept through rate-ready production. You will work both independently and across diverse teams to develop, implement, and continuously improve robust processes for manufacturing of CMC components.
