The Strategic Performance Engineer ensures flawless technical execution and product adoption from Day 1. Serving as the bridge between Sales, Implementation, and long-term Customer Success, this role focuses on complex dealer launches and reducing time-to-value. - Strategic Onboarding: Lead the on-site launch phase for complex dealer groups to ensure 100% feature utilization and technical alignment. - Account Owner Partnership: Work in tandem with PM/RPMs to ensure a structured, organized transition from implementation to long-term management. - Technical Liaison: Translate client-specific needs into scalable solutions by acting as the feedback loop between the client and Product/Engineering teams. - Process Optimization: Develop and refine the "Launch Playbook" to standardize deployment and ensure consistent customer experience. - Market Intelligence: Identify and report on technical hurdles or UI/UX friction encountered during the early stages of adoption.
