To take the necessary actions to follow up on complaints and requests that cannot be resolved at first contact and to direct them to the relevant teams. Ensuring that the records are analyzed within the targeted periods. Regularly via outbound call Conducting customer visits supported by invoice analyses, tariff details and reports for campaigns.
